Coop Connect (listed in the stores as “Homeschool Co-op Connect”) is made by Little Oat LLC. You can delete your account at any time — in the app, or by asking us — and you don’t need to reinstall the app to do it.
Open Coop Connect and go to Settings → Delete account, then confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

Email support@littleoatlearners.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my Coop Connect account.”
We’ll confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days, then let you know it’s done.
Your profile, profile photo, family members, RSVPs, sign-ups, passkeys, and device tokens are deleted with your account. Photo files are erased from our storage too, usually within an hour.
A co-op you own with no other members is deleted with your account. One that other families belong to is transferred to another member, or, if you close it, keeps working for 14 days so members can take it over or save their records, and is then deleted.
Announcements, comments, or files you added to a co-op may stay in that co-op without your name unless a leader removes them. Some information may remain in our backups for a limited time, or be kept where the law requires it.
